Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNBZ handles data when providing its website, user panel, and network acceleration subscription service. Website analytics and subscription connection data are handled separately; website analytics are not used to create browsing records of users accessing international websites through this service.
Account and Service Data
VPNBZ does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password. Accounts are identified by username, and passwords are stored in a verifiable form that cannot be directly reversed; they are not used to verify users with customer support. An email address is optional. If a user provides one in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request and related communications.
To provide subscriptions, this service processes account identifiers, plan status, data usage, and order records. Order records include the selected plan, transaction amount, payment status, and transaction identifier. They are used to confirm payment, verify entitlements, and handle refunds. Support tickets help identify issues reported by users. Do not submit passwords, full subscription links, or sensitive information from payment credentials.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNBZ follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through this service, store browsing history, browsing content, or DNS query records, or retain connection logs that link an account to destination websites.
Temporary session information needed to establish a connection is used only while the connection is being handled. It is not retained as a historical connection record after the session ends. Account data usage is used for billing and entitlement checks and does not include destinations. Route status and incident summaries are used to maintain the service, not to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. The no-logs policy does not mean that account details, order records, or support tickets submitted by users are not stored.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to maintain login sessions and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Login credentials are used to verify panel requests. Log out after using a shared device. Clearing browser data may end your session and reset preferences, but it does not automatically delete your account on the service.
Website analytics help us understand page visits, source categories, browser and device categories, button interactions, and errors so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to website and panel interactions and do not extend to browsing activity during subscription connections. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser; disabling essential storage may affect features such as login.
Payment Processing and Required Disclosures
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party providers, which handle transaction information according to their own rules. VPNBZ receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment result needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
This service does not sell personal data. Data processing is limited to providing the service, maintaining systems, handling user requests, and meeting applicable legal obligations. When an external payment provider is involved, only information needed to complete the transaction is shared. Where disclosure is legally required, requests are verified under applicable requirements and the scope of disclosure is limited.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order data are retained as required for transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support tickets and website analytics are retained only until the relevant handling or analysis purpose is complete. When that purpose ends, data are deleted or de-identified; they are not routinely kept indefinitely.
Users can log in to the panel and request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data through a support ticket. Account ownership may need to be verified before a request is handled to prevent action by others. Deleting an account may make subscriptions and historical orders inaccessible. Data that must be retained by law or to process an unsettled transaction will have its use restricted, and the reason it cannot yet be deleted will be explained. Data in backups are removed as backups are rotated.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
VPNBZ updates this policy as service processes and applicable requirements change, and revises the last-updated month at the top of the page. Changes that materially affect data use or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, updating this page does not replace that consent.
If you have questions about data processing or need to withdraw consent where applicable, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Describe the data involved and the action you are requesting; there is no need to provide information unrelated to your request. See the Terms of Service for rules on using the service.
